Process
Entry of each request is expedited through our database of more than 600,000 physicians and hospitals. As soon as the request is entered into our systems, our retrieval staff is on the phones contacting providers, requesting that copies of medical records be sent to our headquarters, scanning medical records and linking them to your online request. Upon completion, we immediately send you an email alert informing you that the digital record is available for viewing, printing, and storing right from your computer in your office.Integration
