Recruiting
Globerian hires on the best and brightest people from the top universities in India. We maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates in order to keep a pool of resources to enter our training programs based on forecasted requirements. By doing this, we constantly keep ahead of our clients growth needs.
As part of our hiring process, all candidates are given exams to test their verbal skills and are screened for neutral accents.
Training
Our initial training program includes extensive training on Globerian's commitment to performance, quality, integrity, loyalty, commitment and creativity.
Once employees are selected to work on a specific client account, we begin the process of training them on that specific client's program requirements. The training is conducted by the Team Lead, who will have just returned from working on-site with that client in the U.S. and can share their first-hand knowledge of the client's operations, corporate culture, and requirements. At the end of the client training, each agent is tested in a trial phase where they must exceed performance standards in order to become a permanent part of the client team.
