Amy Rees Anderson
Chief Executive Officer
Amy Rees Anderson serves as the CEO of MediConnect Global the industry leader in innovative medical record retrieval, digitization and management for organizations and individuals. Amy is responsible for all aspects of MediConnect’s business including the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Anderson's leadership, MediConnect achieved more than 1,500-percent revenue growth from 2004-2011, and currently counts four of the five leading health insurers in the United States among its many clients. Prior to joining MediConnect, Amy founded and managed several successful healthcare technology ventures. As an entrepreneur and business leader she has raised over $50 million in capital, is a well respected public speaker, and teaches courses on entrepreneurship at several Universities. In 2007, Amy was awarded the prestigious Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for her numerous accomplishments. Amy currently serves on numerous boards including: Utah Governor Gary Herbert’s Board of Economic Development (GOED), the Eccles School of Business National Advisory Board at the University of Utah and the Salt Lake City Chamber Board. She chairs the Utah State Motion Picture Advisory Committee and also sits on the Sundance Institute Advisory Board.
Adam Casto

Business Development
As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Adam Casto is responsible for overseeing MediConnect’s business partnerships, sales efforts and reseller channels, as well as account management functions to ensure strong industry ties are built and maintained with current and potential clients in the health care, life insurance and legal industries. A veteran marketing executive, Adam brings extensive experience in the development and execution of programs for worldwide customer and partner marketing. His past experience includes over 6 years in advertising and marketing communications as a Brand Development Manager and Account Manager for Richter7, a highly successful and awarded integrated marketing agency. As a brand and communications expert, Adam led various market research, competitive analysis, positioning and overall brand strategy projects for a broad range of companies across multiple industries including biotech, banking and finance, tourism and hospitality, retail, transportation, and government. Adam’s recommended strategies and tactics had a direct impact on the companies he worked with as evidenced by their increased brand awareness, market penetration, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Shani Allsop
Chief Operating Officer
Shani Allsop serves as the Chief Operating Officer of MediConnect Global. As COO, Shani is responsible for the entire oversight of the day-to-day operations of the company as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company’s corporate and product plans. Shani joined the company in January 2004 and has served in several key management roles throughout the organization, which include Director of Operations, Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Global Operations Support. With over 10 years of operational experience, Shani provides executive leadership in designing the proprietary technology systems which streamline operations, cut costs, and improve overall quality for the company.
Jack Vines
Chief Compliance and Information Security Officer
As Chief Compliance and Information Security Officer, Jack Vines directs MediConnect’s security operations and corporate intelligence, from day-to-day protection of clients’ essential data to high-end global safeguarding of the company’s crucial intellectual property. In addition to ensuring the integrity of the company’s networks, processes and people, Jack works closely with government agencies to ensure MediConnect’s continual compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations. During his service with the CIA, Jack acted as an Operations Officer and personally conducted several of the CIA’s premier intelligence operations in some of the most difficult overseas environments. He has worked to promote stability and security in dozens of countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Jack’s unique proficiency for recognizing potential security risks within an information infrastructure coupled with his substantive expertise on issues related to Information Technology, voice recognition, and data security brings tremendous value to MediConnect’s efforts to advance global healthcare transformation across the digital environment.
Dave Chidester
Senior Vice President, Finance
As Senior Vice President of Finance at MediConnect Global, David Chidester is responsible for guiding the company’s financial strategy and operations, including financial reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury, capital management, as well as the design and implementation of system and operational improvements. David brings to the company more than 15 years of successful experience in accounting, finance and operations through all modes of development—from startup to mature, industry-leading companies. In 10-plus years at Overstock.com, including five as CFO, David helped direct the company’s finance operations as the company grew its annual revenues from just $2 million to almost $900 million. He was also involved in taking Overstock public, and in raising more than $400 million of capital through stock and debt offerings. A licensed CPA, David has a BS in accounting and an MBA from the University of Utah. He also currently serves as an advisory board member for the University of Utah School of Accounting.
Eric Quigley
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Eric Quigley is responsible for the operational excellence of MediConnect’s entire record retrieval process including customer relations, technical operations and ensuring timely access to patient medical records. He has more than a decade of experience in the medical industry, creating first-class customer support and service centers, and guiding IT and operations centers from infancy to viability. Prior to joining MediConnect, Eric served as Director of Operations and IT Services for PracticeRx, a leading medical practice management system. He also served as Vice President of Client Services for PerfectPractice where he managed both the acquisition and retention side of customer relations. During his tenure PerfectPractice acquired more than 2,000 physician and medical facilities as clients.
Ben Stout
Chief Technology Officer
Ben Stout serves as Chief Technology Officer for MediConnect Global, Inc. He is responsible for overall management and direction of the company's applications development and software. Ben has years of experience in software development centered on providing leading-edge, web-based services for the healthcare industry. He holds the patent for MediConnect’s record retrieval process. He has held previous positions at Software Development Corporation and at Loral Space and Communications. Throughout his career, Ben has focused on developing scalable, innovative software providing seamless processes to help companies manage growth and cut costs. He earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
